3. Warsaw Trade Tower (208 m)

Undoubtedly one of the icons of Warsaw offices. Located at Chłodna 51, the WTT office building was completed in 1999 and recently celebrated its 20th birthday. According to the media, “it can still fight for tenants with the most modern office buildings” despite its age. The main tenant is AXA company (approx. 13,000 square meters), which in July 2019 extended the contract with the building’s owner until 2030. The total amount of office space in the 42-story Warsaw Trade Tower is over 45,000 square meters, and the area of service and commercial premises measure approximately 2,000 square meters.

4. Q22 (195 m)

The glass building at Aleja Jana Pawła II 22 measures 42 floors and is considered to be one of the most modern and beautiful office buildings in Warsaw. The investment cost about PLN 500 million. Its contruction lasted three years and ended in 2016. As a result, 50,000 square meters of new office space entered the market in Warsaw. Among the tenants, there are Deloitte (main tenant), Echo Investment and EPP. 5. Rondo 1 (192 m)

Considering the skyscrapers created in Warsaw in recent years, the Rondo 1 building can be classified as a bit older generation – but it is still one of the most modern. The office building, measuring over 190 m, was commissioned in 2006 and since then EY remains its proud and main tenant. In addition, space in the building is rented by HCBS, CBRE, KGHM and Volkswagen Financial Services. On 43 floors there are 67,000 square meters of office space, which, as the building manager claims, meet the needs of even the most demanding tenants.
